These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website Labuanbajoinvestment (the “Site”), an independent Labuan Bajo, Flores, Indonesia guide & concierge website operated by Bali Premium Trip and published by Juara Holding Group (“we”, “us”, or “our”). 3. No Legal, Financial, or Professional Advice

- We do not act as an agent, fiduciary, broker, or legal representative of any party.
- We do not hold funds in escrow, and we are not responsible for payment, delivery, performance, or quality of any third-party goods or services.
Any agreement, transaction, or relationship you establish with a third-party provider introduced through the Site or our concierge service is strictly between you and that provider.
5. No Guarantee or Warranty
We make no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the information, referrals, or services available through the Site, including but not limited to:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Bali Premium Trip, Juara Holding Group, their owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with:
- Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site.

- Any interactions, transactions, or disputes between you and any third-party provider, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where the law does not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with the Site or these Terms shall in no event exceed the greater of:
- The total amount, if any, that you have paid to us for services directly provided by us in the six (6) months preceding the claim; or
- IDR 5,000,000 (five million Indonesian Rupiah).
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bali Premium Trip, Juara Holding Group, and their respective owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of the Site or any services obtained through the Site.
- Your breach or alleged breach of these Terms.
- Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
13. Privacy
We may collect and process personal data in connection with your use of the Site and our concierge services. Our collection and use of personal data are subject to applicable data protection laws and our privacy practices as communicated on the Site or directly to you. By using the Site, you consent to such collection and use of your personal data to the extent permitted by law.
14. Changes to the Site
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part or all of the Site at any time, without prior notice and without liability to you. We do not guarantee that the Site or any content on it will always be available or uninterrupted.

We may, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Site for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.

19. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral.
